To order a gift voucher allowing the receiver to arrange their own appointment date and time, please fill in the form below and we will then send you an email invoice for the payment.

*Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please allow 2/3 days for postage. Once the invoice is paid, gift vouchers are posted out first class within 2/3 days.
